Business Development Manager, DACH

With a background in Agricultural Sciences, Imke is responsible for working closely with vets in DACH to implement VetIMPRESS into their daily work. .

Tell us about your role at VetIMPRESS and a little bit about yourself?

I have a Master of Science in Agricultural Sciences and am the Business Development Manager DACH for VetIMPRESS. In this role, I am responsible for the further development of the platform, initial meetings and training for our customers. My focus is on working with vets to provide them with the best possible support.

What does a typical day look like for you?

In my day-to-day work, I meet animal etchers interested in VetIMPRESS and develop together with them how and in which areas VetIMPRESS could improve their daily work. In doing so, we jointly develop plans for the implementation of VetIMPRESS in their everyday life and deliver training for clients and staff. In addition, I am in contact with various co-operation partners and our programmers to expand and improve our offering to suit the needs of the DACH market.

What are you working on right now and what will this mean for our customers?

Our customers are our focus, your satisfaction is our goal. Using VetIMPRESS should simplify your everyday life in an innovative way. This is what we all work on every day at VetIMPRESS. One of our special features is the focus on the user-friendliness of our tools in practice and their optimisation.

What do you most enjoy about being part of the VetIMPRESS team?

By working together, we develop new, innovative and user-friendly tools that provide new insights and digitise our customers’ everyday lives.

What three words would you use to describe VetIMPRESS?

Creative, Innovative, Change

What has been your favourite project at VetIMPRESS?

My best moments for VetIMPRESS are the farm visits with the vets. I experience live how VetIMPRESS changes their everyday life and makes it more effective. The best ideas for the future development of VetIMPRESS come from this cooperation.

What are your hopes for our industry?

I hope the digitalisation of agriculture will progress and pave the way for more animal welfare, while improving the use of resources from an ecological, economic and social point of view.

Finally, tell us what you like to do in your spare time?

In my spare time I am passionate about working on my horse breeding farm and besides working with our offspring I enjoy outdoor farming with meadow and forest areas.
